(B) The Customer agrees the terms and conditions.

Tract Solutions, Inc. agrees to keep Customer information (specifications, documents, contracts, design material) confidential and stored securely.

Termination

Either party may terminate, by notice, any Agreement whether terms are not respected such as the client won’t pay the services asked.

Changes

Tract Solutions, Inc. reserves the rights to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes without any prior notice. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted means you agree the new terms.

Commercial use or publication of any item displayed is strictly prohibited without prior authorization from Tract Solutions, Inc.
